Unity. Multiply windows

In the "Shortcut" tab under the Target section it will read "C:\Program Files (x86)\Unity\Editor\Unity.exe".
  You will want to change that to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Unity\Editor\Unity.exe" -projectPath
